Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns: A purchased product can be returned to the store of the Seller within 14 working days from the day of the withdrawal request, along with the receipt. It is noted that the responsibility and any costs incurred for transporting the product back to the store are borne by the customer.
The product will be checked by the Seller in a reasonable time to confirm if the product includes the original packaging and the product has not been damaged or has suffered deformations. The customer has the right to open the package carefully and manage the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature of the features and function of the product, as it would be possible to do in a physical store. However, if during the inspection, it is found that any of the above criteria are not met, and that the product has been used by the customer to a point beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product, then the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product. In addition, in cases where the customer is responsible for the destruction of the product or its packaging, or accessories, then the Seller may not return money to the consumer, nor accept the return or change of the product.
The aforementioned shall also apply in cases of returns due to a defective product.
Refunds: We will issue refunds for eligible returns as per our Return Policy. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
